Licensed as a Special Sign Hanger by the NYC Department of Buildings, Space Sign is compliant with all applicable zoning and building code regulations. Our Permit Department is fully capable of handling all new signage permit applications, ECB sign violations removal, and many other requirements regulated by the NYS Department of Buildings, which many other sign companies may not be able to offer. Our signs are made in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories (safety organization) to ensure quality and safe signs for your business.
